Hi! I'm Leanne, a qualified Personal Trainer devoted to guiding women on their fitness journey. 

Strength training revolutionised my life. It shifted my focus from striving to be "skinny" to becoming as strong as I possibly could – not just physically, but mentally, and for my sport. 

Whether you're in the local area and can join me in my home gym, or you're across the globe and ready to connect digitally, I'm here to help. My mission is to empower you to embrace strength training, redefine your fitness goals, and cultivate a sustainable, healthy lifestyle.

Sophie

Sophie has always been sporty and even though she "knew" what to do, came to me for some accountability and support.  After just having knee surgery, she also wanted to incorporate strength training into her life.  In her words, the programme has "changed her life".  

Sophie has a very busy schedule teaching and coaching, and a full social calendar.  Yet she has consistently applied the principles in her programme and not only lost significant body fat but also built considerable strength.

Shannon

Shannon had just 8 weeks until her much awaited and long (pandemic!) overdue honeymoon.  Not only did she lose over 10kg in that time, she had never felt so confident in her bikini.  Shannon said "I am AMAZED at the progress and it hasn't felt restrictive at all. I'm so used to having to cut carbs completely or doing shakes or something to get this sort of progress so soon!  So I am loving it!"

Jess

Jess is a full time working mum, with additional stresses in her life, as well as numerous hobbies.  Since working together, Jess has lost almost 15kg.  Throughout it she has had 3 holidays, numerous social occasions and as a family they eat out every week.  All her workouts are at home and completed within 30 minutes. Anna

Anna is a busy mum of two, running her own business with a very active social life.  Having had most of her life exercising through running and swimming, Anna was struggling to get the "toned" look she really desired.  Anna has enjoyed changing up her diet and workout routine to include strength training and seeing it pay off in her other sports.
