I've found the programme enjoyable. It has definitely motivated me, not just with exercising, but diet as well. The structure of the programme is good and easy to follow. The videos explaining the exercises are really helpful. Leanne's support has been great and it's great to know we can reach out with any questions.
Because the programme is based around netball, helping players improve their strength and cardio to improve their netball and stay injury free. As it is app based, it is easy to follow and you can fit the programme in around the rest of your life, but you still benefit from Leanne's knowledge and support.
I would totally recommend to others who are interested in getting better at netball, stronger and more agile. Realising how much I thought I ate well, when in fact there was a lot of room for improvement. It's really changed what I feed my family and help them understand the importance of our diet and how it impacts our future and most importantly health.
It's a great plan to follow, gets you in a great mindset and it is so important to focus on your strength to be more powerful in a game. I can already see my speed improving, based on the strength I feel that I have built on my legs. I also feel more stable and confident when running / jumping.
I have been playing netball since I was 9 years old. After returning from university, myself and two of my friends set up a brand new club. This has grown from just 5 people at our first training session to a large club with 5 senior teams and an ever growing junior section. I am the head coach, Level 2 qualified and have been coaching for over 20 years. In the last 10 years, I have also been playing regional level netball.
However, it has been in the last 3.5 years, since I started strength training, that I have noticed my performance on court has improved significantly. I truly believe that getting strong in the gym, nailing my nutrition and improving my mindset has enabled me to keep playing the sport I love. And I want to show you how to do the same!
