Personal Training

If you are looking to learn how to strength train directly with me, then I offer 121 sessions at my home gym.

We start with a free initial consultation in my gym where we can discuss your goals and how I can help you.  

Your programme will go beyond the time spent with me and you will also be given a programme that you can continue the work.  This includes workouts, habit tracking and nutritional advice.  This helps you achieve your goals faster, keeping accountability and motivation high.

 

Classes

Friday morning HIIT/weights class at Forge Wood Community Centre, Crawley, RH10 3SW

Find me at the community centre 09:30 every Friday during term time.  Everyone is welcome, no matter your fitness levels or experience as I will adjust the exercises as necessary.

Bring with you a mat and a weight (dumbbell, kettlebell, plate, or anything you have) but I will have spares if you don't own any.
